FAQ

  • Do you offer free shipping?
    Yes! We currently offer free shipping to all domestic customers in the United States. However, due to pre-set costs by our shipping partners, we do not offer free shipping to our international customers.
  • Do you accept returns?
    We have a 30 day return policy, providing it has been pre-approved by us. Please do not return any items, without approval first. If you have any issues with your order prior to our 30 day return policy, feel free to contact us. Please contact our customer service to receive authorization for your return so that the item(s) can be accepted. Any returns without authorization will be delayed and possibly not be eligible for a refund. Customer service may be reached by: ​ Email: (please use contact form) Toll free: ‪(765) 267-8465‬ (9am - 6pm PST [Monday - Friday, except holidays]) ​ Return fees: If the return is due to our error or a damaged or defective product, we will cover any return shipping fees as long as the return is completed through a Raven Stitch return option (a prepaid label provided by us). If you choose a self-return option (a carrier or service of your choice) you will pay the cost charged by the carrier selected and will not be reimbursed. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages through a self-return option. ​ If the return is for any other reason, we will not pay for the return shipping fees and you will be responsible for all shipping costs without reimbursement.   • How soon can I expect my order?
    Most in stock items ship from our warehouse within 2-5 business days. Ship times may exceed this shipping window during holidays or crowd funding campaign fulfillments (such as Kickstarter). Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected. Each shipping method will display a delivery date or date range for when a shipment can be expected for delivery.   • I bought my Raven Stitch items at one of your retail partner stores, can I return it online?
    Items sold at our retail partner stores can not be returned to our online store. Each store has their own terms and conditions. Please refer to your receipt or the retail store's website for their individual return policies. If you feel that the retailers decision was not fair, please contact us and let us know about your concern. We will review your information and discuss it with the store to see if there is anything we can do to accommodate your situation.
  • I bought my Raven Stitch items at a convention, can I return them online?
    In most cases the answer to this will be no, but life happens and want to make sure you are happy with your product. We hand inspect each item we have on hand at every event to insure that our products are ready to be sold. If you have an issue while you're at the convention, please come back to our booth immediately and we'll discuss it with you there. If you find an issue with your item once you get home (ie. defective in some way), please contact us and provide as many details about the issue as possible. We may request photos to determine if the issue was a factory defect or not.
